All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. All orders are custom made to each individual. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at oohiwantone1@gmail.com

Shipping 

All items are shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. For custom orders please allow 7-10 business says for shipping. Once order is shipped, confirmation email with tracking number will be available. 

Please be aware we are not responsible for any lost packages from the delivery carrier. All purchases above $30 will require a “signature confirmation”  for delivery. Please contact your local carriers for any issue regarding lost, stolen or not delivered packages. They will be gladly to open an investigation claim for you.
